Formulating competency questions to guide the development and limit the scope of an ontology is a well-established technique.

This talk will focus on how competency questions are utilized within StahlDigital to support interdisciplinary work with a special focus on the lifecycle of competency questions and ontology validation with the help of SPARQL queries derived from those questions.
