A novel synthesizing technique of calcium phosphate-based uniform, homogeneous and amorphous micro glass-ceramic particles to form a hydroxyapatite(HCA) layer by an ionic exchange mechanism after integration with the injured bone. The physicochemical characterization of the microparticle template shows uniform amorphous particle-to-particle diffusion with optimum mechanical properties and the simulated body fluid (SBF) study confirms uniform calcium phosphate deposing over the template surface within 3 days of study. This work aims to fabricate a fully amorphous glass-ceramic template using novel slurry processing techniques and cytocompatibility with a high amount of bioactivity and osteoconductivity.
