Inspired by the ability of living organisms to repair tissue after injury, self-healing - carbon composites are considered as a material resolving the problem of electronic device failure. However, many authors do not discuss polymer and conductive filler selection, providing meagre rheological studies and testing their devices in non-linear regions of electromechanical properties without justification for reliability of such conditions. In this work we show thorough study of influence of carbon filler with various aspect ratio on self-healing viscoelastic composites properties, their self-healing kinetics relaxation processes, and electromechanical characteristics.
