A versatile Toolbox to analyze Atom Probe Data is presented with the possibility to store the data in an HDF5 file format. The structure of the HDF5 file for Atom Probe Tomography (APT) data including the Meta data is important for Reusability and Interoperability. With the toolbox, analyzation of an entire HDF5 database of APT datasets is possible.
