Nowadays, there are increasing queries about can smartflare reflect message RNA concentration in live cells? The mainin ducement is smartflare endocytosed by cells should stay at endo/lysosome, therefore, hard to reflect real concentration of message RNA in cells. Thus, we here used microinjection technology to direct inject smartflare into cells for the imaging of message RNA. Meanwhile, the comparison between injection and incubation was established to identify can smartflare sense message RNA by traditional work model.
