The present work covers the design of an adjusted process routine for ODS-modified alloys on the base of Alloy 400 consisting of: the atomization of raw material with modified alloy composition, an integration of oxides and nitrides into the atomized powders via various modification routines, a LPBF parameter optimization for the newly found alloy systems, the determination of mechanical properties and accompanying microstructural characterization.
