The primary objective of this research is to image the propagation of Surface Acoustic Waves (SAW) in Thin-film SAW Sensors utilizing AlScN/Al2O3 layers. These films are identified for their potential to improve the sensitivity of bio-magnetic field sensors. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to measure the sensor in a mode conducive to the creation of standing waves, subsequently allowing for comprehensive imaging of the sensor. Conducting in situ measurements of this nature leads to significant challenges in terms of experiment control and instrumentation. Specifically, precise excitation of the acoustic film surface with specific frequencies is required to observe strain distributions within the material. This poster aims to present the current status of the experiment control development, focusing on the different X-ray imaging techniques used in this project.
