Femtosecond laser ablation has been used as versatile tools to remove materials from a substrate for generating micro/nano structures. Laser ablation of meal has tremendous applications in many fields. In this paper, we demonstrate grating fabrication on gold-deposited glass using femtosecond laser irradiation.
