The use of advanced material models to analyze components with the Finite Element (FE) method requires the identification of a number of material- and model-specific parameters in a preliminary step. This identification involves multiple iterative steps — from experiments to the final parameter set. Traditionally, this procedure requires manual data transfer, scripting, and file handling between different tools. Pyiron enables a unified and automated workflow, linking all stages within a single Python-based environment.
