Here we present some of our recent results, obtained functionalizing polyketone with different amines, both aliphatic and aromatic, and their comparison with those previously introduced by our group. These materials are based on the polypyrrole-polyketone backbone and show promising electrochemical properties. Their functionalization degree can be easily tuned by changing the amine/polyketone molar ratio and/or the reaction conditions (temperature, time, heating method).
