In this study, forming behavior of Ti-6Al-4V alloy was predicted by finite elements analysis (FEA) of tensile test and sheet hydroforming with die process in Ls-Dyna FEA package. In this context, Mat125 (Kinematic Hardening Transversely Anisotropic) material model was used. The numerical results were compared with the experimental results. According to the results of the tensile tests, it has been stated that the Mat125 material model could predict flow behavior of the Ti-6Al-4V with very high accuracy. Then, the validation was carried out in sheet hydroforming with die process. According to sheet hydroforming with die Process FEAs, the Mat125 material model was also predicted geometrical dimensions of the cylindrical cup with very high accuracy.
